delta wok is a collaborative project that explores the intersections of food, storytelling, and the life of the mississippi delta chinese. This body of work is part of a larger endeavor that will eventually be completed as a cookbook and short film for the mississippi delta chinese heritage museum in cleveland, ms.
Collaborators include Emily Jones, Gabriella Sang, Tim Hodge and Cristin Hughes.
Delta Wok was partially funded by the Mississippi Delta National Heritage Area.
